Mike “Spike” Stent Working on Madonna’s Album

Singer darren Hayes has published this news on his MySpace blog about seeing Mike 'Spike' Stent in the studio on Friday 09 November: I visited my friend Spike in the studio today…. He's been working on the new M album and I hadn't seen him for 2 years. He's another Englishman I adore. He and Willie Williams are mentors to me. What is it about the English? They seem to dot my path like paper lanterns. Mike 'Spike' Stent has worked on all of Madonna's studio albums since Music in 2000 as a producer or mixer - suggesting the album is in it's final stages of production!

Screening: I Am Because We Are

Madonna was spotted at the Soho Screening Rooms in London Saturday afternoon. It is believed she was there for another screening of her Malawian documentary I Am Because We Are. Designer Tom Ford and Angela Becker were also present.

Malawi chose me.” Malawi is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Unfortunately, it is also one of the poorest - suffering from famine, drought, extreme poverty, and deadly diseases like HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis. All of which could be treated with proper health care and education, if it were available.

Madonna to be Granted Early Custody of David?

Published reports are saying that Madonna and Guy may be granted full official custody of baby David Banda five months earlier than expected. Madonna is due to appear before the high court in Malawi next month for a review of her temporary adoption order. The hearing was originally not die to take place until April 2008.
