Halloween in Los Angeles is like no other place — there’s half-naked ladies, dazzlingly elaborate costumes — added to all the usual Hollywood drama. Boo, betches!
TMZ spotted some of the best — a skeleton eagle, and the worst — a man wearing only a fisherman’s vest with a fish biting his, uh, goodies. And all the women who reveled in their inner skank are lovingly scattered throughout!
