I have nothing else to say about this lawsuit. You can read what one of Hallmark’s reps had to say about Paris Hilton’s lawsuit against them and comment about it if you want:

“There is no likelihood that Hallmark’s use of the words ‘that’s hot’ in a parody greeting card would confuse consumers into believing that the greeting card is sponsored by or affiliated with Hilton.”

“Hilton apparently believes that she can control not only how she is commented upon, but who can say the words ‘that’s hot.’ The law, however, does not allow Hilton to quash such a portrayal, nor does it grant her the power to stop others from using her purported catchphrase to poke fun at her.”
